Hey bestie! Thank you so much for supporting our small business, here’s everything you need to know about shipping:
Processing Time
All orders containing embroidered items have a processing time of 20 business days (that’s weekdays only — weekends & holidays don’t count!), this is the time it takes me to make/pack your order before it’s shipped, not the delivery time.
TGA is a small business, so during busy periods (like launches, sales, or viral moments) processing might take a little bit longer. We appreciate your patience more than you know!
Shipping Times
Once your order is shipped, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option you chose at checkout. We’ll always try to give estimates, but they’re not guaranteed.
Shipping Confirmation
You’ll get an email when your order is on the way! If tracking is available, we’ll include it so you can stalk your parcel.
Delays
Once your order leaves us, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. We’re not responsible for delays caused by things like customs, strikes, or busy periods but if you let us know then we'll do everything we can to help.
Addresses
Please double check your shipping address before ordering! If you've made a mistake, please send us an email at hello@tiredgirlapparel.co.uk and we'll get it fixed.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If something arrives damaged or goes missing, message us and we’ll do our best to sort it out 🤍
