Processing times:
Our current processing time for orders is shown at the top of the website. Please make sure you are able to wait potentially this long to receive your item before ordering. This processing time does not apply to orders only containing stickers, prints, tote bags, caps or certain t-shirts.
Delivery times:
UK: 2-3 working days. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48.
Worldwide: 7-10 working days. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked. Please remember that international orders are subject to customs fees and can be delayed.
The above timeframes are only applicable once your order has been shipped, and is not from when the order is placed.
When to contact us if your order hasn't arrived:
UK: 7 working days after receiving your dispatch email.
Worldwide: 20 working days after receiving your dispatch email.
What to do if your order is damaged:
We package all our products with care to try to avoid any orders being damaged in transit, however if your order has arrived damaged please email us right away at hello@tiredgirlapparel.co.uk with a clear photo of the damage.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the date the product was received. All returned items must be in a new & unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please visit our returns centre here. Once arranged, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We would recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please note: Items must be returned in an unused, re-sellable condition. Any items returned that we suspect have been used/worn (other than to try on) will NOT be refunded.
