Our current processing time for orders is shown at the top of the website. This processing time is in business days (Monday - Friday) and not regular days. Please make sure you are able to wait potentially this long to receive your item before ordering. This processing time does not apply to orders only containing stickers, prints, bracelets, pins or certain t-shirts - however we still need time to make these items so please keep this in mind.

UK: 2-3 business days. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Worldwide: 7-10 business days. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked.

We ship worldwide! Please remember that international orders are subject to customs/import fees and can be delayed. If you're worried that your international package has been lost or delayed, please get in touch with us and we'll check it out for you.

Our standard range are mainly Gildan sweatshirts and a cotton/poly blend. They are prone to bobbling over time but are still super soft and cosy.

Our premium range sweatshirts are 100% cotton and much higher quality. Less prone to bobbling and last longer.

Currently, our sweatshirt size range is S - 5XL for most colours. Some colours only go up to 2XL which is frustrating but it's just what the manufacturer has available at the moment. We now stock up to a 7XL in black crewnecks and hoodies!

If you're after a colour that isn't available in your size (aside from out of stock colours) please get in touch and we'll see what we can do for you!

Yes! Our mailing bags are made of biodegradable materials and are 100% recyclable, as are our clear garment bags that your items come in! Even the little plastic tags are biodegradable 💚

Usually if your order contains only embroidered items, they will be shipped together.

If you order a mixture of printed and embroidered items, the printed items will be shipped from our printing partners directly. This means these items will usually arrive before the embroidered items so don't worry!
